We use a simple traffic light system to indicate our current availability. This ensures transparency and helps you plan your project timeline effectively.

Yellow Status

We're slightly busy and it may take up to a day before we can start your request. You can still submit your project.

We're experiencing high volume and it will take more than a day to begin your project. We'll advise on timing.

Our 5-Step Process

1. Check Availability

Our traffic light system shows our current status: green means we're ready to start immediately, yellow indicates a slight delay, and red means we'll need more time. For green or yellow status, you can submit your request right away.

2. Human Consultation

A real person from our team will contact you to discuss your needs in detail. We'll clarify what's possible within our one-day timeframe and any limitations (such as not processing personal GDPR data, though we can use dummy data instead).

3. Scope Confirmation

We'll send you a detailed scope outlining exactly what we'll deliver within one business day. Review it carefully to ensure it meets your expectations before proceeding.

4. Approval & Payment

When you're satisfied with the scope, simply click "Go" to start the process. You'll be charged the £495 fee at this point, which is fully refundable if we can't deliver your prototype within one business day as promised.

5. Delivery

One business day later, your working prototype is ready! You can request refinements or changes (subject to additional fees) or proceed with the final deliverables: fully annotated source code, detailed instructions, and comprehensive documentation.

Common Questions About Our Process

What happens if my project requires more than one day?

For more complex projects, we'll be transparent about timeframes during our initial consultation. We may suggest breaking your project into multiple one-day sprints or offer a custom timeline. Our goal is to deliver maximum value within realistic timeframes.

How detailed should my initial concept be?

You can provide as much or as little detail as you have available. Our human consultants are skilled at asking the right questions to flesh out your concept. However, the more specific your initial description, the more closely the final prototype will match your vision.

What if I need changes after delivery?

We include one round of minor adjustments with your package. For more substantial changes, we offer additional services at competitive rates. Many clients use their initial prototype to secure funding or stakeholder buy-in, then return for full development.

Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Your payment is fully refundable if we fail to deliver your prototype within one business day as specified in your approved scope. While we can't offer refunds based on subjective satisfaction, we're committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring you receive a functional prototype that demonstrates your concept.
